Samsung's Indulge set for February 23rd launch through MetroPCS

The Samsung Indulge is the LTE enabled version of Sprint's Samsung Transform, but will be powered by a 1GHz processor. Android 2.2 (Froyo) will be on board along with both a front and back facing camera. The latter will be 5MP with flash and video capture.
Verizon's first LTE smartphone, the HTC Thunderbolt, will have a 4.3 inch display and be powered by a 1GHz snapdragon chip. The 8MP camera has a dual-LED flash and can capture video at 720p. As we reported, a late February launch for the phone seems in order, which could allow MetroPCS to beat out Big Red once again.
Thanks Anonymous Tipster!

Wow this is truly amazing I had been following this phone for a while, at this point I have T-mobile HTC HD2 but if more phone like this keep coming out I might go to MetroPcs. This phone have good Specs and for the plan at $50 that might be the first company I go for after my Contract is over. I test the 2 MetroPcs android phones and there are 4x faster then my old T-mobile G1 that I still have. The 2 Metro-Pcs android phone don't have 3G but it's still very fast. So this company is doing very good and I would like to see some more new phones. But now the Samsung's phones and specs will do.

I would like to know which phone is this? Is the samsung forte or the samsung indulge? If you google the samsung forte its the same model number (sch-r910) as the indulge and I've pulled up both phones and it seems too be the same one. So which one is which?

Samsung Forte and Samsung Indulge probably will be two different phones. Probably, Forte with slideout keyboard and Indulge without one. Forte probably, will be released on Feb 11th and Indulge probably, will be released on Feb 23rd. Plans of USD 40, 45, 50, 55, 60 will be great on Android 4G LTE phones. Wireless for all! Go MetroPCS!

Forte = Indulge, they are one and the same. I work in the same building as a MetroPCS corporate office, and my guy on the inside says the Forte is what Samsung is calling the sch-r910. It will be re-branded as the Indulge for Metro's network. The release date is indeed Feb. 23rd.
