Samsung Galaxy Note 9 starts shipping in the US, here's when you might get it
Available for pre-order since August 10, Samsung's brand new Galaxy Note 9 is properly launching in the US (and many other markets) on August 24. However, the smartphone has already started shipping and is bound to reach the hands of customers a bit earlier.

Some of the people who've pre-ordered the Galaxy Note 9 directly from Samsung US are receiving word from FedEx - which handles shipping - that their device(s) should arrive on Wednesday, August 22. Now, we don't expect everyone to get their Note 9 on that day, but this is still good news.

If you haven't placed your Galaxy Note 9 pre-order at Samsung and opted instead for doing it at a carrier or a retailer (like Best Buy), you might have to wait for the phone until Friday, August 24 - its official release date.

As a reminder, the Galaxy Note 9 is Samsung's most expensive Note smartphone yet, being priced at $999.99 (6 GB RAM, 128 GB storage) and $1,249.99 (8 GB RAM, 512 GB storage). Well, at least you're getting some nice freebies with both variants. Our Samsung Galaxy Note 9 review will help you decide if the new smartphone is worth its high price.
