Oppo R9 and Oppo R9 Plus promotional image reveals pricing
A leaked promotional image for the Oppo R9 and Oppo R9 Plus reveals pricing for the two new models, both of which should be unveiled on St. Patrick's Day, March 17th. Naturally, you start thinking about green on that day, and green is the color of money. It all comes together. The Oppo R9 will be sold for the equivalent of $383 USD. The 64GB version of the Oppo R9 Plus will cost you $460 USD, while the 128GB model is tagged at $506 USD.

Earlier rumors about the phone's specs called for a 6-inch screen, a 1440 x 2560 QHD resolution, the Snapdragon 820 chipset and a 21MP rear camera. Even if one were to say that those specs sound more in line with the Oppo R9 Plus, they are still much different than what we are hearing about either model today.

The latest rumors say that the Oppo R9 will feature a 5.5-inch AMOLED screen, powered by the MediaTek Helio X10 chipset carrying an octa-core CPU. 4GB of RAM is inside, along with 64GB of native storage. A 13MP rear camera is included, and the 4MP front-facing camera can snap 16MP photos using a special technology.

A 6-inch AMOLED panel will adorn the Oppo R9 Plus. Driving the phone will be the Snapdragon 652 SoC. 4GB of RAM is inside along with 64GB or 128GB of native storage. The rear camera will weigh in at 16MP, while the same 4MP front-facing camera seen on the R9 will handle selfies and video chats.

Both models will come with the VOOC fast charge feature, and we should point out that these units are the sequels to 2015's Oppo R7 and Oppo R7 Plus, both of which were offered in the U.S. And that means we could see these two new models also made available in the states via Oppo's website.

“Hearty Respect” When you respect a phone by heart then you will feel that it really serves you quite well. The Oppo F1 plus is really amazing phone. One can feel the love when one sees the camera in it. It has 16 megapixel camera with high quality auto high dimension feature in it.

“Superb Work” I bought an Oppo F1 in the pervious month with the motive of best camera and the selfie expert worked really well. I think this should be rated five on five for the camera it has.

I just picked up the Oppo F1 after selling my note 5, and waiting for the S7 prices to tank, and while its a midranger with 5" 720p screen and Snapdragon 616 octocore + 3gb ram, its a cracker. I really like what Oppo are doing with their phones. They are awesomly premium, and they think outside the box too - eg, preinstalled screen protector and a clear TPU case in the box so you can protect the phone the moment its out of the box.. I was hoping the R9 would come with wireless charging and the 820 cpu, but can't have everything at such a low price

I hate Saint Patrick's day. And I'm irish. Try going to Dublin or any city or town in Ireland on the day and you'll see why.

Nope. The drunks. People pissing and puking in the streets. People fighting. Not a good look for Ireland..
