One M9 bottom half render shows what the new HTC BoomSound speakers could look like

HTC has reportedly taken its relationship with sound to a whole new level on the One M9, it seems, as a rumor surfaced recently that it has partnered with the audio juggernaut Bose to work on the next generation of BoomSound speakers in the upcoming edition of its One flagship phone line. Not only that, but the new tag team is allegedly tasked with diminishing the size of HTC's current amplified stereo speakers set, so that the top and bottom bezels can be shrunk further, or other elements placed easier under the hood.

The HTC One M9 bottom half render that you see above is based on the leaked prototypes so far, and shows us up close and personal what the slimmed-down BoomSound set would look like. We aren't certain about the sound quality from such diminutive speakers, but HTC has proven itself in the field numerous time already, so we are keeping our hopes high for the One M9, too.
