Back in July, when Nvidia released its SHIELD Tablet 16 GB Wi-Fi, the company said that a 32 GB LTE version of the device would be available later this year. Now, Nvidia is accepting pre-orders for the LTE variant of the slate in the US and Europe, saying that shipments will start on September 30.

Apart from the more generous storage space and 4G connectivity, the SHIELD Tablet 32 GB LTE offers the same features that you can find on the 16 GB model. This being said, the slate is presented as the ultimate tablet for gamers, and is powered by a quad-core 2.2 GHz Tegra K1 processor with 192 GPU cores (according to Nvidia, this is the world’s most advanced mobile processor). Sporting an 8-inch display with 1200 x 1920 pixels, the SHIELD Tablet further features Android KitKat, stereo speakers, 5 MP cameras (both on the front, and back), 2 GB of RAM, and microSD card support.

Nvidia is offering the SHIELD Tablet 32 GB LTE unlocked for $399. Customers who want to pair it with an AT&T data plan are eligible to receive a $100 bill credit. Interested?
