New myTouch to be called T-Mobile myTouch 4G?
According to those who have been able to play around with the recently announced T-Mobile myTouch, there are clues that the device will be named the myTouch 4G. An interesting choice considering that the carrier does not technically offer fourth generation technology, although its HSPA+ pipelines do allow for 4G speeds. We suppose that this is a great end around for the nation's fourth largest carrier. If you can't call your service 4G, call the phone 4G.

Currently, Sprint is the only one of the nation's top four carriers to have a handset-two actually-with 4G in the title. The HTC EVO 4G and the  Samsung Epic 4G both are enabled to work over Sprint's 4G WiMax network.
