Deal: Grab a brand-new Moto X4 for $250 right now!

The Moto X series is known for being an awesome bang-for-the-buck midranger series with near-stock Android and pretty decent hardware. The 4th generation is no different — released in October of last year, the Moto X4 started selling for $399, but dropped to $299 in mid-February and is still staying there.

However, Newegg has an even better deal for you. In its eBay shop, it has the Moto X4 up for sale for the price of $249. This is for a brand-new condition phone in either black or sterling blue — sweet deal!

The Moto X4 sports a 5.2-inch, 1080 x 1920 display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 SoC, 3 GB of RAM, and a dual camera. It's also one of the few phones to come with Amazon's Alexa assistant on board. Though, it's worth noting that it also has the Moto Assistant and the Google Assistant, so you'll have plenty of voices converse with.

We are unsure how long this promotion is going to last for.

It has the worst battery life of all Snapdragon 630 phones. Only 64h on a 3000 mAh battery, while others manage around 95h with the same specs. No, thanks.

Wow that's a bummer. The Z2 force lasts pretty well and with Oreo I get 6-7 hours of screen on time over a full day. I thought this one would do better...

It does. I actually had one and battery was on par with other phones. I regularly got around 8hrs sot.

You must have gotten a bad phone, if you even have it at all. I'm not a real heavy user, but it mine made it all day (for 4:30 in the morning till 11 at night) and was at about 38% still when I went to bed.

I have the Moto X4 and it has one of the longest battery I've ever used. You can't judge something you haven't used. LOL

Agreed. Cat97 has no idea what he/she is talking about, and couldn't back up any of those numbers. I don't rack up that much SOT time in a day, and it's the only SD630 phone I can say I've used, but the battery life is great. Stands up with the Moto MAXX line of phones.

The price is darn sweet. How is the battery life and does it lag? I mean this phone should be great with its specs I'm just curious.

I hear the battery life is pretty good on it. Can't say from first hand, was going to get it but went with the X4
