We've been hearing about the upcoming 6.4" "Togari" phablet by Sony for a while now, and even had an article dedicated to the rumors about it on forum threads back in January.

Now two independent sources are claiming what they heard from reps at Sony events in their countries - that the Togari phablet is real, and it sports a huge Full HD display, meant to take on the Galaxy Note III. As far as the speculated stylus silo goes, the Togari is expected to also allow drawing on it with everything, even a pencil.

Now that would be a sight to behold, and the sources are also throwing in a summer release date, which probably means that Sony might be prepping to introduce it at the IFA expo in Berlin in the end of August, where it traditionally shined in the past few years.

The rest of the specs regurgitate again a Snapdragon 600/800, 2 GB of RAM and a 13 MP Exmor RS sensor on the back. Here's the specs list that we had before the latest speculation:

Now all that is left is to wait for a monster 6"+ phablet from Sony to eventually show its gorgeous display and precise pen(cil) input capabilities.
