Microsoft Lumia 535 now available in the US for $169
While it hasn’t been officially introduced in the US, Microsoft’s Lumia 535 can be bought by US customers thanks to Expansys, which currently sells the smartphone for $169.99. That’s not a high price, but it’s more than what folks in India have to pay for the device: $149.

Expansys USA is offering the dual SIM variant of the Lumia 535 only in white, orange and green - so for now you can’t buy the black and blue versions.

Announced earlier this month as Microsoft’s first own-branded Windows Phone handset, the Lumia 535 is bigger and better than its predecessor (Nokia Lumia 530). The new smartphone runs Windows Phone 8.1 with the latest Lumia Denim update, obviously including all the software features that you’d expect from a Microsoft handset (Cortana, Office, Skype, and so on). It’s also got a 5-inch display with 540 x 960 pixels, two 5 MP cameras, a quad-core Snapdragon 200 processor, 1 GB of RAM, and a 1905 mAh battery.

Do you plan to get the Microsoft Lumia 535? Or do you think there are better options in this price range out there?
