Leaked Note 8 vs iPhone 8 screen protectors size up the eventual dimensions

Look, Ma, prematurely released screen protectors! The accessory industry, restless as it is, has already churned out cases and screen protectors for both the upcoming Note 8, and Apple's "all-screen" iPhone 8. We've seen those sad, alone, and separate from each other, but someone has had the brilliant idea to put them together, and snap a photo for the next generations to gawk at. In the best of scenarios, pre-release accessories are based on leaked CADs and other schematics from the supply chain, rather than just rumors and guesstimates, so they approximate the real thing to a great extent.

If this is the case here, we might be looking at how the smaller, allegedly 5.8" display of the iPhone 8 would size up next to the Note 8's potentially 6.3" panel, given that the iPhone is mostly screen at the front, save for a "notch" at the top to house sensors, cameras and other paraphernalia, while Samsung's phablet would still have some top and bottom bezels left, albeit minimal. As you can see, half an inch screen diagonal and some more bezel-ing make a big difference, so the iPhone 8 would definitely be the easier one to haul around, if these dimensions hold water in the end.
