I think they'll sell about a 1000 phones in total ! Lol. Except the wide angle lens , S9+ smashes this in every segment.

This phone is basically just V30 with SD845, slightly better front&wide angle camera everything is exactly the same.. $899 pricetag is just too much, V40 will come out in 2-3 months, and probably cheaper too.

Really? Care to point out the "every segment" for me? They seem very comparable to me. The biggest difference I can think that is in the S9+'s favor is the stereo speakers. Other than that I'd prefer the slightly wider slightly shorter design of the V35 and I'd go with the wide angle lens over a bokeh lens...

I'm going to buy this phone, here is why... IP 68 Water resistant, Expandable storage, Awesome POLED display, Wide angle camera, and most importantly... The quad DAC!! (Digital to analog converter) I love music and store all my music in a lossless codec and use studio monitor headphones. Once you develop a taste for high quality audio, you can never go back. The built in DAC on most electronic devices like phones and tablets are garbage and make your music sound horrible. If you use decent headphones or speakers and have at least iTunes quality music (AAC codec with a variable bit rate of 256kbps) then this phone will sound WAY WAY better than most phones right now including samsung and apple phones.

Had it since launch.. yes the price is obnoxious but the wide angle uses and the QUAD DAC was worth it. Once you listen to high quality audio you just don't want to use anything else if you have a great pair of headphones /IEMs. My note 8 and IPX haven't been used ever since I got it. I feel like that wide angle lens is getting way much use than the telephoto. Great screen and battery life is much much better than both of those phones. I'm not sure if the speaker is the same as the G7 or not but it sounds really really loud. I could've gotten a v30 but the upgraded SOC and ram was a no brainer. To each it's own I guess.
