Huawei Mate 10 and 10 Pro price and release date

Huawei just got off the stage where it announced the next big horses in the Mate line stable, namely the 10 Pro and its pretty offspring, the Mate 10. Packed to the gills with all that's modern and dandy, the phones are the culmination of Huawei's multiyear effort to sit next to Samsung and Apple when the jury gives out the market share awards, and it is currently sitting right behind them indeed, in profits included.

Handsets like the Mate 10 are to blame for the high profile the Chinese company has received in the last two or three years, and they beautifully finish its transition to higher-end, high-margin handset maker - you know, just like those two winning companies.

Huawei is currently one of the few that makes money from its phones, and when we look at the pricing of the new Mate 10 and 10 Pro, we can see why it has succeeded in moving its handset business upscale. Huawei told us that price and availability for the US will be announced at a later date, and we will update accordingly. Any takers?

Just wished the Pro version had headphone jack, higher resolution screen, and expandable storage but really great looking phones.

They kind of flubbed on the US. I swear last year they were saying they were really gonna try to crack the US model. With successes like the Nexus 6p, Honor 8, Mate 9 and Honor 5x, 6x, this would've been a great time for them to include the US. I really can't wait past the beginning of November. I'm also hearing we're only getting the Pro model in the US, and I want the 3.5mm headphone hack (only in the regular Mate 10).

Prices are in euro from the presentation meaning they are European prices with taxes etc which is FREAKING great. You get a top phone with all goodies at 699eur and 799eur for a phone that will compete with Note 8 yet its 200eur+ cheaper. Well done Huawei. Well done.

There are $200 reasons to get this instead. By your statement it's obvious you've never used a high end Huawei phone.
