Holiday shopping patterns of tablet owners get their own infographic

That tablet owners spend the most among online shoppers was discovered not long ago. But have you wondered how these folks part with their cash when the holiday season strikes? Well, here is an infographic that takes an closer look at the matter.

The guys at Zmags found out that this year, as much as 87% of tablet owners pick and purchase holiday gifts on their tablets. The average amount that they spend in the process is $325, and the most popular types of presents are electronic devices, clothing, toys, and jewelry. Unsurprisingly, the couch is the spot most tablet owners are going to occupy while doing their holiday shopping, followed by the mall, a coffee shop, or the seat in a public transportation vehicle.

The infographic also reveals what the most expensive and most unusual items bought via a tablet are, as well as which of the two genders spends the most.
