HTC One ST surfaces in China: pretty in red, 4.3-inch screen

The HTC One ST has just surfaced in China and it looks like a gorgeous mid-range device in what seems to be a trending red color. Now, this device seems destined for China for the moment but with HTC holding an event on September 19th, could this bear resemblance to one of the upcoming global HTC phones?

Here are the specs of the HTC One ST in a nutshell:
