HTC 10 in pure white smiles for the camera

About a month ago, we barely had any information on what HTC is cooking in its labs. An HTC One M10 flagship? A Perfume phablet? Rumors were scarce, spread-out, and barely coherent. Well, for the past 30 days, we've been bombarded with all sorts of leaks, we've even seen the upcoming HTC flagship pictured a few times in the flesh... or metal, to be exact, and we've even gotten a glimpse of a few alleged wallpapers made for the phone.

It's official – HTC will be holding an event on the 12th of April, and there is no doubt that it will be unveiling its new top-tier smartphone at it. HTC 10 is what it's going to be called, leaksters agree, and it will pack a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC, 4 GB of RAM, and a 5.1-inch display with a 1440 x 2560 resolution. Additionally, HTC has been boasting about an exceptional camera — one that many claim would be a 12 MP with large pixels, like on the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge — and has been teasing some sort of sound system, which should, apparently, blow us away.

With less than 10 days left until the unveil, we've already got a pretty good idea of how the HTC 10 will look. We've seen actual photos of its case in both black and silver. Today, we get another leak of the handset in pure white, unfortunately – only from the front.

So, that's three colors pictured. Who's willing to bet that there will also be a Rose Gold model?

Them top and bottom bezels...Not forgetting the symmetrical/non-symmetrical home button. God bless.

You could also buy a piece of glass so that there won't be any bezels, lol.

What I hate the most about it, is that HTC still insist on not putting the home in the center of the bottom bezel, it always looks awkward to me, and makes the chin looks bigger than it actually is.

This home button is absolutely like Samsung, HTC should have designed it differently.

circle home button is apple, oblong is samsung, square( eventhough htc uses it first via one max, but most of the huawie phone uses it now), i cant think any home button/finger print sensor design that would properly fit for a htc phone this time unless u guys loves a triangle or star home button. lol.. well i think much better if they keep the HTC front logo and make it the home/finger print sensor with a capacitive back and recent apps buttons.

Seeing as this phone doesn't have dual front facing speakers, I wonder how HTC fanboys are going to defend the large bezels.

I don't know why Htc love big bezels? HTC is the only company which cannot get rid of big bezels. Spare iphone for being non-android device. Now they are not putting front facing speakers, so what is the excuse for such a huge bezel?

Don't complain for nothing when there's nothing to complain about. You are just nitpicking for no reason.

So he is not allowed to voice his opinion that many seems to agree with?

HTC knows people hated the black bezel of the M8 and M9. Their method of "getting rid" of it is just to make it the same color as the rest of the body. Can't hide it though, as it is clear from the off-center placement of the home button. smh HTC. smh

Ugly. Looks like a low to midrange device from an unknown brand

It Kind of bothers me that there's more room above the home button than below... It almost looks like they intended to put their logo there, then said 'forget it' after the design had already been finalized. Regardless, I hope this phone will perform well for them. The Galaxy S7 and G5 behemoths will be tough to overcome. Long ago, I entertained hopes of a large HTC phone to replace my One Max, but it doesn't look too promising...

To be fair it does look good but I think it might acually have longer top and bottom bezels than my iP6s Plus. The screen is 5in so I assume it will still be shorter than most 5.5in devices and maybe it has a huge battery.

I remember HTC produced some iconic designs in the past. I am talking the days of Dream, Nexus one, Touch, EVO..etc. where did their creativity go now. I am not saying this design is disappointing but it does not really live upto the high standard set by them in the past.

dont forget the HTC One X (minus the camera humps on the back) and the original HTC One. For me, this 2 phone is HTC's BEST phone in terms of design.
