Google finally allows you to pin important notes in Keep

Slowly yet steadily, Google Keep is evolving into one of the best and most useful note-taking apps. Part of this is due to the latest addition of a rather essential and neat functionality to the app. You can now pin important notes to the top of the screen, which will keep them atop all other notes.

How do you pin notes in the newest version of the app? Simple - just open up any of your notes and tap the pin on the top bar of the app. As easy as abc!

The feature is now live on both the Android and iOS versions of the app. If you haven't got the update yet, make sure you update your app.

WOW! WTF. I am replying to couple of users and my comments are getting deleted automatically. Specially when you reply to Kiko007 and some other bunch of stupids who keep on posting 15 to 20 comments everyday. Seems they are getting paid by Phonearena OR they are part of it. Like I have said earlier. These users like Kiko007 are from Phonearena only and all they do is make you angry on comparison. So you keep coming back to this bloody website and waste your time here. Time to delete the account. Can't trust this stupid website even 1%. Good bye guys.

Google Keep is a terrific app EXCEPT that it limits your posts to 10,000 characters. Very frustrating.

Is Keep a note taking app or a journal?

I use it for both a journal and notes. All of the other apps I have used do not have a limit. I am currently using Microsoft One Note which syncs nicely but the interface is clunky and slow. I really, really like Note Everything, but it doesn't sync. I have tried others but they were too lacking. Keep is really nice, good interface, but they have the arbitrary limit to the size of the note which means that two of my running journals won't fit.

I use both Notes and Keep. I usually keep on work related stuff on Notes as its clearly superior to Keep in term of features but the slow log in make to launch keep and park my note there instead. Unless I am creating a guide for myself the include web snap and photo, more often I would turn to keep. It really a pain to wait for a full minute just to log in.

Now all Keep needs to do is enable password protection within the app.
