Cygnett UrbanShield Samsung Galaxy S4 Case hands-on

Cygnett UrbanShield Samsung Galaxy S4 Case hands-on
With its plastic casing, it’s safe to presume that many new Samsung Galaxy S4 owners are more concerned about how the prized smartphone will fare against some minor bumps and bruises. Sure, they can pick up rugged cases that meet certain military specifications, but more times than none, they tend to bulk up the handset considerably. Well, if you’re looking for something that’s still adequate to protect the Galaxy S4, while maintaining its slim profile, then you ought to check out Cygnett’s UrbanShield Carbon Fiber Case.

Above all, the thing that catches our attention the most with this case is its attractive carbon fiber pattern in the rear. Depending on the angle we hold it, the case will glimmer and shine under the sun’s gaze. Furthermore, the subtle rugged feel of the UrbanShield case seems like it’ll handle some of those minor bumps and bruises – albeit, we’d question how it would hold up to drops from tall heights. Separating itself from other dedicated rugged cases out there on the market, the UrbanShield is able to retain the handset’s slim profile, which means that the smartphone is still pocketable.

Considering that this case only costs $29.99 through various retail outlets, it won’t be too much of a burden on your wallet like some other military spec’d cases. Combining its form-fitting nature and stylish appeal of its carbon fiber pattern, it definitely packs a one-two punch.

Please do a review on a Metal Back Cover Replacement I would like to know if the Metal Back Cover Replacement Adds more bulk? Reduces Signal? Adds Heat? NFC Removed? Fits Well? OverAll Look and Feel? How well will this SGS4 compare with the HTC ONE? Please consider and thanks

This case makes the phone look uglier than it already is.

The black metal back version looks the best. NFC will be broken with a metal back 100% guaranteed. And when you damage it you can just buy a new one unlike the HTC One.
