Blind Camera Comparison: you choose which smartphone's camera did best - June edition

56comments

It has been several weeks since our last blind camera comparison – a comparison which the Samsung Galaxy S5 dominated. Back then, Samsung's flagship received almost a third of all votes, followed by the HTC One (M8) and the Sony Xperia Z2. Will one of these smartphones prevail this time, or will it be some other handset? Well, the outcome is in our readers' control, actually.

In the slideshows below you'll find photos of three different scenes, shot with six highly-acclaimed smartphones. Of course, we're not going to tell you which phones we've used and we're not going to give away any hints. It is called a blind comparison for a reason. All we ask from you is to take a look at the images and to vote for the phone which you think has taken the best pictures.

You should know that we've stripped all EXIF data from the photo samples so don't even bother looking for hints there. Also, we've shrunk them all to a resolution of 2400 by 1350 pixels in order to make the game fair for all handsets.

So let the voting begin! You can find the poll form at the very bottom of this post. The results will be announced in a separate post within a few days.
