BlackBerry Z30/A10 now GCF Certified
BlackBerry can remove one more item on its "Things to Do" list prior to the launch of the BlackBerry Z30/A10. A tweet from the Global Certification Forum confirms that the upcoming high-end BlackBerry 10 model has received its Global Certification. And thanks to the magic of Twitter, we can tell you that the model number of the phone is STA100-3 and the handset has been approved for GSM/EDGE; 3G/HSPA (2100, 1900, 850, 800, 900) and LTE AWS, 700 bands.
We've told you a number of times that BlackBerry CEO Thorsten Heins is excited about this device. But what is important to the Canadian manufacturer is not how excited the phone makes him, but how excited the phone makes you. This model will be the first 'Berry handset to hit the magical 5 inch screen-size and is expected to launch in November. Sprint has already confirmed that it will be receiving the handset.
