3d Touch seems to be very useful. Loved the camera samples. Other than that, nothing but an incremental upgrade so I guess I'll skip this for the iPhone 7.

Camera should be pretty damn good, 3d touch i think will be a gimmick

3D touch reminds me of that hover function Samsung made up in the S4 I think it was.

Yeah I totally forgot about that! And it's not that it was useless, its just that nobody ever made more apps that used it.

well with apple behind it, you can bet apps will do something with it. Apple pays for special features and exclusive content in apps all the time. Even if they don't Apps tend to get new stuff way before android sadly

I do see more use of 3D touch, mainly because hovering above the screen is more bothersome than light or hard pressing the screen. Especially with the tactile feedback the haptic engine provides.

$1029 cdn for the Iphone 6s 16gb.......I would love to see someone try and rationalize this. Yes the Canadian dollar sucks but the Note 5 is like $799 cdn I believe and Apple is the richest company in the world and never lowered prices when our dollar was strong. lol

€850 in Europe for the 16gb 6S, whilte the Z5 (which has more features) costs €700. That's insane.

Yup, lets hope this is the year that people put their foot down and Apple loses their aura that creates so many lopsided double standards in their favor. $849 cdn 16gb iphone 6 all the way to $1029. Crazy

So no split view slide over, or picture in picture. PA, can we at least get conformation on the ram amount? I don't see 3D touch alone, getting me to lineup

Yeah it seems like 3D touch and the new cameras are the only thing that has actually been changed after all the hype, and there is most definetly lags around the place now with 1GB of RAM. Surely there is 2GB. ( Also, 3D touch doesn't sound like an Apple thing. It sounds like it's from a Chinese maker. It's weird. I just been saying it to my mates, and it doesn't sound like Apple :p )

I can imagine the 3D touch feature potentially being a feature that users won't be able to do without. Possibly one day it'll be recognised as one of basic ways of navigation on a mobile screen beside touch.

Probably not. And, Apple copied the rose gold from Samsung.
