ASUS hints to a tablet with "twice the detail, twice the fun" for its MWC event
Riding on its wave of success, Asus is undoubtedly planning to make a huge splash at Mobile World Congress this year. By now, we’re all aware about the army of tablets that the manufacturer has in the works, such as the PadFone, its MeMO tablets, and a new Transformer tablet with the model number TF300T, but a new video put out by them alludes to one with a super sharp display of some kind.

In the very brief video below from Asus (and by brief, we mean 17 seconds), we’re teased by some kind of tablet that has “twice the detail, twice the fun.” At this point, it’s hard to say with certainty if it’s referring to an existing model we know about, or something totally new. Considering that Asus has tablets ranging from every size and price point, it’s extremely difficult to say where this one might land at – though, we sure that’ll garner some attraction with its fabulous detail.

Some believe it to be the Transformer 2 that has been making the rounds of late, which is surprisingly alleged to offer the same specs as the existing Transformer Prime, but it would be produced at a lower cost due to its less than premium construction and design. In any event, February 27th will be here soon enough for us all to find out exactly what they have in store. With the next-generation iPad rumored to pack a pixel crunching resolution, we’re wondering if Asus will come out of the gate with something heavy to make us forget about it.
