8 feminine smartwatches for women
Alright, so gadgets are for boys. All kinds of a sexist statement, sure? And yet, it's unfortunately true—for a number of reasons, the latest and greatest in tech is often targeted at boys (even grown-up ones), especially if we're talking about the kind of early adopters-only gadgetry of the day. You know, like smartwatches.

Yes, yes, the novelty aura surrounding wearables has begun to wear off at this point, but keep in mind that for the mass market, these are still very much the gadgets of the future. And just because you know what they're all about doesn't mean that's at all the case with the rest of the globe. And it seems that's doubly true when it comes to the finer gender. Otherwise, smartwatch manufacturers—of which we now have several handfuls—would more aggressively attack what is 50% of the population. Unfortunately, only few have, and it's usually a more feminine combination of colors and bands that will have to suffice for any tech-savvy ladies out there. Thankfully, a few models/combos look genuinely pretty on a woman's wrist.

Here are a few quality examples, how much they cost, and where to get them:

Well maybe women would give a darn about "feminine smartwatches." Oh, I guess only men can be geeks since we are "too good?"

Ugly, slow, laggy and gimmicky. That's the iWatch.

The more time I have spent around my boyfriend who has an Apple Watch, the more I've come to appreciate it. I thought it was ugly as sin at first, but I don't mind the design now. The main thing that I think is ugly (which doesn't even really matter since it's against your wrist), is the whole heart rate sensor area. Big round slab of ceramic and those four circles just looks so bad.

It's just makeup. without it, she looks as ugly as most models do. It's fake!

Many women probably don't even read PA.

The regular Gear S in white with the Silver is very feminine looking at only $349. What's up with that PA? It doesn't have to be shiny metal to be feminine. My wife has the Gear S2 silver/white and she loves it. Though I do want the Rose Gold and Silver Titanium, I don't feel its worth $500. Also, why would you need to pay $60 for a band? The Classic uses any watch band and you can certainly get a nice one for a cheaper price.

Here I thought they were going to show some smaller sized watches, not ones encrusted in sparkles. I've been buying women's watches for years, as the men's versions have become too big.
