You can now call in and start ordering it, you don't have to wait until June 16th.

Just call and ask for it. If they don't know about it ask them to look up the sku lgvx8610 and they should be able to look it up and order it for you.

How is the call quality, reception and battery life? Are you generally happy with your choice? Thanks!

what grey one?

30. (unregistered) posted on 01 Jun 2008, 12:09

Yeah.... so the picture shown above is the very first spy shot of the phone. its actually not going to be in black. There will only be the "ulgy" grey(silver) one.

6. (unregistered) posted on 30 May 2008, 15:18

why in the picture its black but the other picture its grey what colour is it??? BLACK OR GREY?!

7. (unregistered) posted on 30 May 2008, 15:40

The phone is grey, sorry

19. (unregistered) posted on 31 May 2008, 14:55

correction: It is Silver on the front (mirrored screen) and blue on the back. They are also seperate textures on front and back. The phone is a lot nicer than you'd think and the Bluetooth on back comes with it's own seperate charging cradle as well and a snap-on lid while attached.

Yeah, I do have to say "phonearena" goofed a little on this one, with the phone so close to release why would you post the really old spy photo of the phone when the Verizon branded final release photo is available. It just confuses people who have not been tracking the release of this phone lol

I got mine today. It really is a good looking phone. The main difference from the photo here is the keypad is black.

This is NOT the chocolate replacement, according to my LG rep., there's no plans for another chocolate phone for Verizon

12. (unregistered) posted on 31 May 2008, 07:29

Uh... actually there is another Chocolate for Verizon; the LG-VX8560 - the SKU is active and if you do a search on it it comes up with Chocolate 3.

I knew he was full of mularchy, but I thought the vx8560 was replacing the vx8700
