Waze launches 'Clarkson, Hammond & May' audio pack

Popular mobile navigation app Waze, now owned and controlled by Google, has just launched a rather interesting voice pack. For a limited time, Waze users are able to get audio instructions in the voices of Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May.

If you've ever seen Top Gear before this season, those names should ring a bell, as these were, for a long time, the hosts of BBC's popular automotive TV series. In 2015, the UK network decided not to renew Jeremy Clarkson's contract following an incident in which the Top Gear host attacked one of the producers.

Clarkson, Hammond, and May now host a similar automotive show, but this time it's financed by Amazon and called The Grand Tour. The first two episodes in the series, which follows along the lines that the trio has drawn with Top Gear, are already available to Amazon Prime subscribers. New episodes premiere each Friday.

If you want to get audio instructions from the trio, open Waze, head to Settings->Sound->Voice Language. Once there, pick "Clarkson, Hammond & May" as the language pack. The pack will only be available until February 5.
