Virtual Zippo app passes the 5 million download mark

Virtual Zippo app passes the 5 million download mark
Sometimes during a concert you may see some take out a Zippo lighter and slowly wave it high up as they sway from side to side. Nowadays, you've probably seen at least one person take out their iPhone instead and use the Virtual Zippo Lighter app to imitate its real life counterpart. Zippo Manufacturing Co. is claiming that their popular free app has topped the five million download mark – being branded as the most popular free iPhone ever. Available for both the iPhone and iPod touch, the app is being extended to countries like France, Germany, Italy, and Spain. So what's the next step you ask? There's some neat things that are going to be done in the near future with it - like letting concert goers know when specific songs are going to be played during a show. You'll also soon be able to personalize your Virtual Zippo by changing skins with either company or team logos.

The idea of moving shaking it open and close was amusing for what... 5 minutes? Arielny, when the iphone battery actually does catch on fire, than you can light your cig w/ it.
