Videos show off mock up of Samsung Galaxy S6 made with a 3D printer
A mock up of the Samsung Galaxy S6 has been produced by an artist named Jermaine Smit using a 3D printer. This isn't the first time that Smit has developed a Galaxy S6 model. Back in November, we showed you video that displayed his concept models for both the Samsung Galaxy S6 and the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge.
Smit based his mock up on rumored specs for the phone. He is still continuing to refine the model as it currently is lacking a home button and a rear camera (although there is a cut out on back for a dual flash). If the measurements are correct, he expects the screen to measure 4.92-inches giving the phone a pixel density of 569ppi. He sees a minimal bezel employed by Samsung. Smit says that the dimensions of the phone make it feel good in the hand based on size only.
Samsung will unveil the Samsung Galaxy S6 at MWC on March 1st, and Smit is hoping to have a cleaned up 3D model of the new handset before then. Hopefully, we will get a chance to check it out before the unveiling.
Thanks for the tip!

A video produced by Smit (one of two you'll find below) shows the 3D model of the Galaxy S6 lined up with the Samsung Galaxy S5. We can see that the new flagship will be a bit taller and thinner than the Galaxy S5.
