Twitter images are now being displayed under the People and Picture hubs of Windows Phone
Apparently, Microsoft has been doing some work behind the scenes in improving the Twitter experience with Windows Phone – well, that’s because it seems as though images are now being rendered within the People and Picture Hubs.

Indeed, there are probably many people still singing the joys of finally seeing Twitter natively integrated with Windows Phones, thanks to the arrival of Mango of course. Up until recently, images attached to tweets were revealed as nothing more than links. However, it seems that Microsoft has done some work on their end to render those images within the hubs – giving users a preview of what to expect.

We double-checked with our Windows Phone devices to verify it, and surely enough, it’s doing just that now. So rather than clicking the link and having Internet Explorer showing us the image, the small preview within the People and Picture hubs is undoubtedly a nice tweak for those religiously using Twitter. Check it out for yourself!
