T-Mobile announces its Cyber Monday deals

The carrier that has single-handedly transformed the industry in the US in less than two years has put together a tidy little Cyber Monday offering focused on, you guessed it, the iPhone.

T-Mobile has been very aggressive in its offerings for the iPhone, and the hard work has been paying off. It was forecast that Team Magenta accounted for nearly 20% of new iPhone 6/6 Plus sales at launch, an impressive showing given that the iPhone was not even a glimmer in T-Mobile’s eye two years ago.

The first item for T-Mobile customers is the recently released Personal CellSpot. Simple Choice customers who opt to pick one up before the end of the year can have their $25 deposit waived.

If you are looking to upgrade your iPhone, T-Mobile will offer the 64GB iPhone 6 for the same price as the 16GB model, a $100 savings. If you prefer the smaller form factor of the iPhone 5s, you too will also get a 64GB model for the same price as the 32GB one. The iPhone 5c is part of the promotion too, netting customers a 32GB model for the same price as the 8GB iPhone 5c.

This promotion is available only on Cyber Monday, online only, and as you might expect, supplies are limited. The new iPhone 6 works with T-Mobile's Voice-over-LTE as well as Wi-Fi calling connectivity, with seamless hand-off between the two networks.
