Sprint's iPhone XS lease deal offers the phone for free with eligible trade-in

Sprint's iPhone XS lease deal offers the phone for free with eligible trade-in
The iPhone XS and XS Max are already seeing some rather unexpected pre-order deals from US carriers. Both Verizon and AT&T, for instance, are offering up to $700 off a second one with a new line. T-Mobile, on the other hand, will knock off up to $300 with an eligible trade-in, as 24 monthly bill credits.

Well, Sprint isn't one to be left behind and outed one of its signature Flex Lease deals as well. You can essentially get the iPhone XS for free when you trade in iPhone 8 and up, Note 8 and up, or the LG G7 for it, resulting in $41.67/mo credit that will be applied to your lease payment within two bills.

The iPhone XS Max is also part of that promo and can cost you just $4.17/month with the same trade-ins in good condition. That's the same $41.67/mo savings if you have gotten tired of your old phone, and want to test Apple's newest gear.

Sprint should offer better service with their phones instead of everything else. I left because my service left me with an expensive walkie-talkie more so than a smartphone.

These carriers are not playing around.

According to some users on here, Note 9 deals meant poor Note 9 sales were expected. So I guess they expect the new iPhone to sell poorly?

Same thing I was thinking. They ragged on the note deals.

Sprints deals are just okay. When you think about it you are keeping that phone for 18 months. You are better off just paying full retail and be done with the phone than worry about a monthly payment. I learned the hard way my last 4 years. I now will have a trade in on the 512GB Xs Max worth at least $800-$900 next year on eBay. If the iPhone goes to $1600 next year I only have to come up with $800 rather than worry about leasing phones.

Just a heads up, your better off buying the phone through Best Buy. Not only does Sprint charge $19/month for insurance, but your only option is to sign a lease. Best Buy you have a choice between lease and installment payments. The deal works with BOTH. One more bonus to point out, if you sign the 2 year installment agreement on the xs max, you will save even more. The discount will continue for the remaining 6 months. Sprint service is blazing fast here in Chicago, so I went ahead and ordered the xs max thru Best Buy on the 24 month installment plan. No other deals even come close.

Forgot to add, Best buy offers Apple care for $10/month.
