Samsung's TIZEN phone might be the one using Super AMOLED HD Plus screen with RGB matrix
Samsung is working hard on its GT-I9500 poster boy for the new mobile operating system TIZEN it is developing in conjunction with Intel and others, and we even saw it handled in a leaked video recently.

Now another rumor came that claims the device, codenamed Fraser, has stolen our precious Super AMOLED HD Plus screen that features 720p resolution and a regular RGB matrix from the Galaxy S III, where everyone was expecting it.

Of course, it's one thing to make such screen in limited supplies for developer devices and testing, another to mass produce it for millions of handsets, which the Galaxy S III will undoubtedly sell.

Well, just the thought that this screen might exist and already be in a device is warming our hearts, despite that Samsung touted the increased longevity of AMOLED screens with PenTile vs RGB matrices.
