Samsung’s anti-leak tech is surprising, see for yourself

Let's be honest, Samsung isn't the greatest when it comes to preventing leakers from dumping dozens of leaks onto the internet for our analysis and enjoyment. And just to show you all how Samsung is protecting their latest device from being leaked, we present to you the Galaxy Note 9... and a security sticker giving some very clear instructions!

The sticker reads: 'Confidential, (Unauthorized use prohibited), No photo allowed, Not For Sale, Do not leak info'.

Surprisingly, we have not actually seen much of the black model of the Note 9, as much of the attention has been placed on the leaked images of the blue model which may come with a gold S Pen. But we can see the expected horizontal camera setup with a fingerprint sensor sitting below it. We can now also see that Samsung has slightly updated their boot screen, by expanding 'Samsung' to fill more of the display than on previous Galaxy phones, for example, the Galaxy S9.

With the Note 9 leaks pouring forth now, we do not have long to wait before the August 9th formal unveiling. But will the launch be worth watching? Is there anything that Samsung has managed to keep under wraps? Hopefully. There is still the S Pen to wonder about.

Yeah, let's bash Samsung for having their phone leaking cause we all know they're the only ones having their stuff leaking right.

Untrustworthy Samsung employees are exactly like their ex-convict vice chairman, not honorable. That’s why there are so many leaks in a company that “makes all their own parts!!”.

Oh look who is here, our biggest Samsung troll. Like apple phones have never been leaked or any other brands. Happens every year.

Yeah but “Apple doesn’t make anything!” so it’s more understandable that leaks will happen someplace in the supply chain.

Do you have any comment on his very so accurate joke "so many leaks in a company that “makes all their own parts!!” or are you just going to get whiny and sad and keep crying? LOL

Your comment is ironic considering the fact that tech reviewers had an iPhone 6 demo unit 6 months before it was announced, 4 months before the 6s was announced, 4 months before the X was announced. Again, we're talking about demo units and few months before the actual announcement, not images few weeks before the announcement.

So we're just gonna ignore all who got cancer or committed suicide making Apple devices...Only to watch the billionaire CEO literally drop dead whilst blatantly ignoring their protests? Fine line between being business_savvy & all-out deathmonger lol

It probably is, but they are not smart enough to realize that.

Or it's not and it just broke on its own, but you are too much of a baby to realize that.

Would be funny if their lawyer sends PA the cease and desist letter.

Would be funny if this was the ONLY model they sent out, and they know exactly who leaked it.

It will be easy to track the owner of the phone, just compare the cracks in the screen.

Samsung Note 9 will have low sales like S9 for sure! I don't see a big difference on the design of the old note 8. If this has finger print sensor on the screen, with 9X.XX% body ratio like new model of oppo, vivo then I will jump on it! for the price of $9XX is not worth updating my note 8 at the moment with a few changes, This will be flop again like S9 sales! But anyways Good luck with Samsung on this upcoming note 9 :)

Whoops, someone might get fired. At this point, only Samsung's tester have access for this device, Samsung can round-up all pre-production unit, and search which one have the exact same crack with the picture. And he also forgot to cover the serial on side "REE2114M", probably it's unique :-/

Is that broken glass? Well, there's your leak Sammy. Isn't it the year 2018 now and high time to dump thiese redicuously fragile glass shells on your mobile devices? People carry these around and eventually drop them. They break and then they cost a fortune to repair and they LEAK and are no longer water resistant either.' Glass is antiquated (not premium) and not suited for mobile. Since were on the subject of leaks. :-)
