Samsung Galaxy S5 concept takes its design cues from a current flagship
Designer Hasan Kaymak often comes up with concept models for HTC handsets. That seems apparent after taking a look at his concept for the Samsung Galaxy S5. Looking like some relative of the flagship HTC One, this Galaxy S5 concept includes an edge-to-edge screen of an undisclosed size, two speakers in front (similar to HTC's BoomSound), a metal casing, curved corners, and a reversible microUSB port.

The device would include TouchWiz 5 running on top of Android 4.4, and instead of a notifications bar on the lock screen, actionable notifications would pop up under the user's picture. The notifications shade still comes down with a swipe from top to bottom. This concept offers support for voice commands.

The real Samsung Galaxy S5 will surely not look anything like this, although we should see a metal body for the upcoming year's version of the flagship Android device. If you want to see a closer look at Kaymak's concept, check out the slideshow below.
