Results: will you miss the Android blob-shaped emoji?

With Android O, Google is bringing a fresh new look to its emoji... again. But this time around, it's making a serious departure from a style that it has adhered to for years. Ever since they first appeared, Android's emoticons have retained a unique, blob-like shape, keeping them similar to the Android mascot's head.
