Release of the Nokia N8 being delayed until mid July?
Those who are eagerly awaiting the next big thing to come out of Nokia will be disappointed to know that the release of the Nokia N8 is rumored to be delayed until some time around mid-July – according to GSMArena's tipster. It was first speculated to be released in time for the end of May, but now it's looking to be a while longer before consumers can get a chance to check out the next level of experience that Nokia intends to offer with the device. The 12-megapixel behemoth's release date has been anything but concrete – especially when you consider that it'll be the first Symbian^3 device from the manufacturer. People were hopeful that Nokia was going to announce something regarding it or even see a viral video when they unveiled their latest three handsets yesterday. The same tipster goes on to say that the Nokia N8 is on O2 UK's list for their stock update – so one can imagine that there is a likelihood they'll see it eventually. Let's hope that Nokia is meticulously working on the handset to provide the best level of experience for users so it is smoothly adopted by consumers.

@zerlisk-what?! How could you possibly think that HTC blows NOKIA away? Granted, HTC makes beautiful handsets, but they are not up to par against Nokia. There is a reason why NOKIA is still king of the mobile industry.

and why is that? 9 out of 12 of my good friends own Android and 4 of them are HTC not including my TP2. I think I knoooooow no one with a Nokia. But I'm just one person.

Sorry for the confusion. When I said blowing Nokia away only meant when I was comparing the candidates on both manufactures and clearly HTC stood out. I did not try to speak as the whole world market share perspective. I am just hoping Nokia will have some nice phones especially with better Symbian OS to win some loves back

Nokia really has got to push out these nice and powerful phone quickly otherwise HTC is taking over the world (not like it's a bad thing...). I was ought to choose Nokia but HTC just blows it away.
