Refurbished BeatsX and Powerbeats3 wireless headphones available for killer prices at Best Buy
If you’re still sad because Apple “forgot” to unveil new wireless headphones alongside the latest iPhone generation (or any type of audio accessories, for that matter), it’s time to rejoice, as two extremely popular Beats products are up for grabs (today only) at their lowest ever prices.

No matter what happens with the Beats brand, you probably can’t do better right now than the BeatsX at $63.99 or the Powerbeats 3 at $84.99. The “catch” is pretty obvious, as Best Buy doesn’t offer these irresistible savings on brand-new earphones.

Instead, you’ll need to make do with Geek Squad certified refurbished units, which truly are the next best thing. We’re talking “rigorously inspected” products verified to be working “like new” and restored to original factory settings.

Warranty conditions are somewhat unclear, but typically, Geek Squad certification comes with a minimum 90-day peace of mind. In a nutshell, there’s very little separating these bad boys from unused, untouched wireless headphones.

In terms of discounts however, you’re looking at a massive $86 shaved off the BeatsX list price, as well as a $115 markdown on the Powerbeats 3. The former model is only available in black at the ultra-low $63.99 price, packing an Apple W1 chip that helps it deliver up to 8 hours of battery life between charges.

Meanwhile, you can get the $84.99 Powerbeats 3 in black, “flash blue”, “shock yellow”, or “siren red”, with the same W1 chip offering up to 12 hours of battery life. The costlier variant is also sweat and water resistant, sharing Fast Fuel and RemoteTalk technology with the BeatsX for rapid charging and Siri activation respectively.

The BeatsX and Powerbeats 3 are also discounted as part of Best Buy’s latest “Deal of the Day” affair in an extra-snazzy “Defiant Black-Red” flavor, but at $127.99, these Geek Squad certified refurbished products don’t feel particularly compelling.
