Qualcomm mounts 130 HTC One handsets for the ultimate slow-motion rig (video)

Qualcomm is no stranger to using weird awesome ad techniques to tout a feature or two of its processors, or the devices equipped with them. After showing off Snapdragon's efficient thermal envelope by melting butter, now Qualcomm is at it again, using the power of no less than 130 HTC One handset to flaunt the slo-mo camera feature. Called "The Ultimate Smartphone Photobooth", the rig is utilized to create Matrix-style slow motion effects of everyday actions, like playing catch with your dog. Watch and learn.

I can't help but imagine what it would look like with 130 Qualcomm-powered Nokia 1020s...

Laugh all you want, but I have tested all the slow mos on smartphones, and the 5S even if you dont like it, it has the best of them all, but I guess it has to do with the 120 fps.

Err, all slo-mo videos on smartphones are recorded at 120 fps, even my 2012 One X recorded 120 fps slow-mo.

Maybe you haven't seen the note 3 slow motion video. If you continue to follow what the media says about iphones you would begin to think your device is crap. American media just like iphones so be careful they don't brain wash you to think it's the best phone out there.

It took 130 Snapdragon's to do what 1 Apple A7 on a 5s can do? Yup ... sign me up for a phone with a Snapdragon processor. Oh ... sorry ... sign me up for 130 Snapdragon phones.

I'm confused... can the iphone 5s shoot from 130 different positions at once?
