If you're one of those guys that likes to plan well in advance, we might have the dates for Apple's developer conference in 2015. A schedule of events for the Moscone Center in San Francisco, now the traditional venue for the annual conference, shows an unnamed corporate event booked from June 8th through June 12th, 2015.
Everything from the dates, to the venue, suggest that this event is WWDC 2015. While it is obviously way too early to decide what we will see, we can say with some degree of confidence that iOS 9 will be introduced at the event.
This past year at WWDC, we were introduced to iOS 8, Healthkit, and Homekit. The latter allows you to control the environment in your home, and smart appliances, using your iPhone or iPad. And Healthkit uses an app in iOS 8, to store health related data from a third party device. The Health app will keep track of metrics like your heart rate, blood pressure and blood glucose readings. Eventually, the app will accept this information from Apple's rumored smartwatch, expected to be called the iWatch.
It's only August, so there is no rush to make plans. But you just might want to start clearing you calendar in preparation for WWDC 2015.
Apple's WWDC 2015 will apparently be held June 8th through June 12th, 2015
