OnePlus 5 gets its first update, see what's included in OxygenOS 4.5.2

OnePlus 5 is getting its very first update, a day before the handset officially hits the shelves in Europe and North America. Rolling out as OxygenOS 4.5.2, the new patch weighs in at 36MB.

The software upgrade introduces improvements to the stability of the system, network, and Bluetooth of the phone, as well as optimizations for the camera and compatibility with 3rd party apps. Furthermore, version 4.5.2 also addresses issues with app installations and system update failures. The rather small size of the patch can be explained by the fact that OnePlus 5 comes with an OxygenOS version based on Android 7.1.1 out of the box.

The update is available OTA, but it might need some time to reach all compatible devices. You can check for it manually by going to Settings > System updates. As always, make sure that your phone is sufficiently charged before proceeding with the patch.

"...again software updates to fix bugs. the last 3 were the same. bug fixes. but no new features. garbage phones..." ...and again comment updates for complains. The last couple were the same. Complains. But no new comments. Garbage content.

you, see, youre assuming and that makes you an ass. I never owned a samsung device. there is no competition between samsung and op. samsung pisses on op. theyre just a tiny peanut that wont hold for a long time. like htc I remember the same people who tried to protect BB honor with hyping up how great they are. look at them today. watch op fall the same path. and I would be naive to think that all those who post for OP are genuine fans and not PR folks trying to protect OP name. because comments on forums will cause damage or bump the company up. and after htc begged people to protect htc name in forums for goodies, this is fact.
