New Motorola Moto X (2015) photos reveal a front-facing LED flash

New Motorola Moto X (2015) photos reveal a front-facing LED flash
Motorola's got an important event planned for next week (July 28), when the company is likely going to announce at least two new smartphones: the Moto X (2015) and the Moto G (2015).

Earlier today, we brought you the latest details about the third-gen Moto G, and now it's time for new info about the third-gen Moto X, thankfully accompanied by fresh images that seemingly show the handset from a few different angles.

The alleged Moto X (2015) that we can see in the photos below has a front-facing camera with LED flash. So it looks like Motorola isn't ignoring the selfie craze that determined plenty of other smartphone makers to equip some of their handsets with powerful front-facing cameras. One of the new images also shows the back of the third-gen Moto X, revealing a rear camera with dual LED flash.

The upcoming Moto X might sport a 5.7-inch display, though a smaller variant with a 5.2-inch screen could also be released by Motorola. Of course, there are still many unknowns regarding the Moto X (2015), but, until now, this seems to be a worthy successor to last year's model.

Looks OK. Moto's biggest strength is its pure stock android experience. NO bullshit features like Samsung put in their phones that makes their phones lags like hell. Now its time for Moto's to fix what's broken in 2014's moto x. That is camera and battery life. This time they must deliver it. If they fix these two fundamental problem then I guess this will make moto X best android phone of 2015.

My S6 doesn't lag. It's faster than my iPhone 6.

8. Kumar123 unregistered

Of course not. S6 doesn't lag, it doesn't get overheated when playing games, it doesn't drop frames when you simply navigate through the interface. Stop lying and start being honest.

Why so defensive? Samsung personally screw you up the butt? Stop acting so butthurt. My s6 doesn't lag, neither does the note 4 but anything before that yes touchwiz (prior to s6) is a pain.

Note 4 doesn't lag. Ha ha ha. What a joke. You are a joke. But then again you are a brainless Samsung fan. I expect nothing less from a brainless moron like you. Goodbye.

Kumar, no need to personally attack anyone. I think S6 and note 4 are great devices, so does moto x. Samsung is a big company and does R&D in hardware too, motorola have not been active in that field for quiet few years. If I get a windows laptop and it slows down after some time, I don't blame laptop manufacture, I blame windows. I just install Linux instead. But when I need windows feature I have to adjust with it. If you don't like touchwiz use another launcher, disable/remove the apps you don't need. If you can root and /or flash new ROM. In the end, samsung is providing best hardware at least for now. Also I do like touchwiz, when I get bored I install nova or google now or change theme. It is good to have options. I can't just live with same UI. Everybody has preference, and given S6 SOC, new tochwiz and DDR4 RAM, I think it should be performing fine. If you can develop or CEO of motorola you can blame samsung, but give credits where it's due. I guess Samsung has at least some employes who are smarter than you. And they made that choice with touchwiz.

You blame Windows? I guess you must be one of the brainless slugs that just lets programs that you install endlessly build up and start at launch or they have a delayed launch and you have too many background processes. Windows is not to blame, you are.

Plutonium239 yes I blame windows for all resources it needs, I have celeron processor from 2012 on one of my laptops, my Linux runs smooth and my windows can't. Ask anyone which one has good performance if you never used Linux before. I have been using it for last 8 years and never found something that good yet. I have macbook too, just ask yourself, does your windows runs after 6 months as it ran new?

Yeh it does lag a bit but not that critical n not often it doesn't really bother, but what's bothering me it have all these powerhouse in it n it lags sometimes, I don't know if there's any android phone out there who runs smooth, I guess I'll see nexus what will be releasing n maybe also iphone I guess those 2 maybe they don't stutter or lag

I don't care about bench mark tests.. I have both and the iPhone 6 is the fastest with no doubt

Who is talking about benchmark tests? I am talking about actual speed. I had both before selling my iPhone 6 and based on the YouTube video evidence and my personal use the GS6 is flat out faster. You must have a fake GS6 you sucker. Haha

GS6 is way faster than the iPhone 6 and Plus. Double tapping the home button to open the camera is just fun to do cuz it is so fast, and it confuses people so muchg cuz of how fast it comes up too. One second they are looking at Twitter, .3 seconds later they are on the camera :p It's amazing how Sammy got the speeds that it does

Sammy have awesome features. The Screen-stay when you looking at the phone is super handy, the multiwindow is super handy, the smart alert is super handy _Ambient Display is better imo though). The fact they put on their own apps on top of Googles app is the problem, but their 'gimmicks' are no longer gimmicks, they are ironed out and so nice, and I miss them a lot from other phones now

Nice bezels... What Kumar said, fix the battery and camera, leave the rest alone (get some better QA on screen panels too)
