Mophie, the company known for its juice box battery cases, has introduced a new line of modular cases for the Apple iPhone 7 and Apple iPhone 7 Plus. Using magnets, users will be able to add peripherals to the back of the case. Currently, the choices are limited to two wallet systems for holding credit cards and cash, and a 4000mAh battery to provide extra battery life for your iPhone 7.

Mophie says that there are two steps to buying this accessory. First, you choose the 4.7-inch Hold Force Case, or the 5.5-inch model for the iPhone 7 or the iPhone 7 Plus respectively. There are nine color options (10 for the 4.7-inch unit), and the case is $39.95 for both sizes. Once you make your selection, the fun begins,

Right now, Mophie offers three different peripherals. For $19.95 you can purchase the Hold Force Wallet that includes two credit card holders where cards, cash and ID can be stored. For the same $19.95, the Hold Force Folio includes three openings for credit cards, and comes with a flap that can cover the front of the iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus. Another option is the Hold Force Powerstation Plus Mini. Priced at $59.95, this peripheral features a 4000mAh battery that will provide up to 12 hours of additional battery life. So step two is picking out what you want to reside on the back of the case.

We know exactly what you're thinking. Won't the magnets erase my credit card data and turn each one into a worthless piece of plastic? As long as a card is inside its holder, it is protected from the magnets employed in the system.

The "Hold Force" system can be purchased from Mophie's website or Best Buy. If interested, click on the sourcelink. And don't miss the video found at the top of this article.
