Phones from Chinese companies have been constantly proving lately that they are the best value-for-money propositions in the Android universe, and the expected fourth edition of Xiaomi's Mi flagships line is no exception. It is expected to sport a large, 5.5" 1080p display, a Snapdragon 801 processor, like current Android flagships from Samsung, Sony, or HTC, and the generous 3 GB of RAM. The device should also come laden with a 13 MP camera at the back, a 2 MP frontal shooter, and, thanks to the Snapdragon chipset, finally sport 4G LTE connectivity.
What's even more interesting than the specs sheet, though, is the design story, as we are expecting the Xiaomi Mi4 to be clad in a metal chassis, exuding some premium vibes, with the accompanying thin and light shell. The alleged front panels of the black and white versions just leaked for the first time in the form of press renders, showing a fairly orthodox rectangular design with tapered corners, indicating very slim side bezels, which should bode well for the phone's gripability, despite the rumored large display. In any case, July 22nd, when all will allegedly be revealed, is just a few days away.
