How to take a screenshot on the LG V10 and LG G4

The LG V10 and LG G4 are two of the top smartphones you can get at the moment: they boast impressive cameras, vibrant (but not necessarily color-accurate) displays with a Quad HD resolution and a custom Android skin that has improved a lot in terms of speed.

Both the LG V10 and LG G4 also have their physical keys on the back of the phone. So how do you take a screenshot on the LG G4 and V10? In fact, it's the same shortcut as on many Android phones: just press the volume down and power/lock key simultaneously. If you are crafty enough, you can even do this with one finger.

You will know that you have captured a screenshot on the LG V10 and LG G4 as the whole screen will flash quickly and you will see a little icon appear in the notification tray at the top. The screen grab is then saved on the phone in the Pictures > Screenshots directory, from where you can easily offload it.
