The last time we reported a new information about the HTC Knight, we said that "this one is getting seriously interesting", but the truth is that now it's getting so interesting that it's actually utterly confusing. The long-rumoured HTC Knight, also known as the HTC EVO Shift 4G has made an appearance in Best Buy's data transfer system, listed as "PG0610" - and that's rather different than the HTC A7373 we reported earlier.
Now, make of this what you want, but at the moment it seems logical that the HTC A7373 is going to be released on January 9, 2011 and it's going to be an HTC Desire Z spin-off (like the T-Mobile's G2 and the yet unreleased Verizon-bound HTC Merge). This leaves the HTC PG0610 as the highly-anticipated HTC Knight 4G, but at the moment further details are not present. Of course, what seems logical now may seem plain wrong in a week time, so stay tuned - CES is just around the corner and we will have our very own agents there to tell you all you need to know on this topic and more.
