Games like Cuphead for Android and iPhone

Recently, the gaming community was surprisingly shaken up by an indie game developed by a small studio. We are talking about Cuphead, of course. A classic platformer / shooter with an incredible art style, awesome soundtrack, and insane, non-journalist-friendly difficulty. Cuphead's boom may have rekindled your love for stylized platformers and maybe you want to have one on your phone for quick bursts of play?

Well, no worries, we skimmed through, looking for games that would sate that hunger. Full disclosure — there's nothing quite like Cuphead for any platform out there. But we do have some games that follow the same combo — platforming, unique graphical style, tough difficulty. Do you dare to check them out?

"just get a console/pc." I for one, can't possibly be with my console or laptop all the time... That's where mobile gaming comes in handy.

The reason Cuphead is a massive hit is because of its incredible attention to detail. Even the bad projector focus is there. None of those examples above is anything but a typical 16-bit console platformer clone.

And that "retro cartoon" style is just spot on, older players (30-40 yo, or even 60+) will love this nostalgic style, while younger can still enjoy it's "challenging" gameplay and good music. All this game need is DLC, with lots more levels

I'm not even sure how it managed to sell without offering season passes and pre-order-exclusive skins.
