Euronews app now in Windows Phone Store
For those news junkies using a Windows Phone flavored handset, one of the biggest news organizations in Europe can now be working for you. Available in 11 languages, the Euronews app brings you videos and reports discussing international, financial, cultural and scientific news. You can view Video on demand documentaries, and video magazines. And coming soon will be live streaming Euronews TV, a news quiz, search engine and a way to bookmark your favorite stories.
There are 400 journalists from over 30 nations trying to bring you the most impartial look at the news. If you are one of those people in the U.S. who follow the BBC News because you feel it tells the real story without taking a side, you're probably going to want to download and install the Euronews app.
The app uses white text on a black background and there is a video for each story which stays on screen even when you're scrolling on a report. And users get to vote on whether a certain piece of news is good or bad. The 1MB app is free for Windows Phone 8 users.
