EA24 update for Sprint's Samsung Galaxy Tab features minor fixes & enhancements
Now that the Sprint Samsung Galaxy Tab sports a slightly tolerable price point, both on-contract and off, those who managed to pick one up can expect to see a new maintenance update available for it.

Today, Sprint released the EA24 firmware update for the venerable Android powered tablet which only brings forth some minor fixes and enhancements. Specifically, there are bug fixes included with it for some Exchange email problems, new updates to the video-chatting client Qik, and new drivers included for an LCD supplier. The over-the-air update should be hitting all devices within the next 4 days, but if you just can’t wait, you can always resort to manually checking for it yourself.

In any event, just stick to the safe side and backup any important data before proceeding to install the minor update.
