Dual SIM HTC One (M8) spotted on Russian Federal Communication Agency site
The Russian version of the FCC, the Russian Federal Communication Agency (ROSCOM), has apparently certified a dual SIM version of the HTC One (M8) for use in the country. Back in April, the VP of HTC Russia, Andrey Kormiltsev, said that a dual SIM variant of HTC's newest flagship model might soon be released. At the time, the executive said that HTC had not yet come to a final decision on whether to produce such a model. It seems that a final decision has now been made.

A listing on the Russian Federal Communication Agency website reveals the dual SIM HTC One (M8). For some reason, and it might simply be a translation problem, the phone is listed as having a removable 2600mAh battery. All versions of the device that we have seen, have a non-removable cell.

There is no word on when the dual SIM HTC One (M8) will be launched in Russia, although the fact that it has been certified by ROSCOM probably indicates that a release of the device isn't too far away.

Thanks for the tip, Evgeny!
