Dell Streak 2 to feature better screen and faster chipset
An unnamed source claims to have learned of a few improvements for the second-generation version of the tablet/phone combo, the Dell Streak.
The source claims that the Dell Streak 2 will feature the same size screen as the original, but the resolution will be upped to high-definition. A display of the rumored 1280x800 would be a huge improvement over the original.
A faster, more powerful processor would also be a welcome addition to this still unannounced device. The rumor is that it will feature a dual-core 1.2 GHz, an upgrade from the current 1 GHz snapdragon processor running the show in the original.
There is still much to learn, and since all of this is unofficial take it all with a grain of salt. This may not even be called the Streak 2, as we also reported yesterday that Dell is working on a device dubbed the Opus One. Tell us what you think in the comments below.
