Cool images, taken with your cell phone #27

Cool images, taken with your cell phone #27
We're back with the 27th post in our special photographic-centric series where we present you with a number of awesome images taken by... well, you (and your cell phones).

So, which picture did you like most last time? The answer is Chris's photo taken with the Nokia N8. Check out that frog in the flower, ain't it cool?!

Of course, there are many other incredible images left to be seen. Let's continue with another set of 15 pics, each of which can easily convince even the most professionally-inclined photographer that cell phones are more than a toy in the camera department.

Please note that if your own awesome image is not included here, this doesn't mean that it won't end up on the site. We simply might not have gotten to it yet! So, we urge you to continue following us, as we'll be publishing more of these truly great photos in the following days and weeks.

We'd also like to remind you that you can continue submitting your cool cell phone pics to the following email address:

In order to not miss on all the glory, you also have to mention your name/nickname, as well as the phone you used to take the shots. A nice additional piece of info would be a name or a short description for the image.

With that, we now leave you with our 27th set of favorite photos...

Which photo do you like most?

Just a suggestion, but anyone else think it would be cool if PA did a winners phoo of the year one sometime in jan with each weekly winner featured and perhaps give a prize/prizes for 1st/2nd/3rd? Perhaps also have a professional photographer/artist who's promary medium is photography add their choice as a prize and / or rather ther than 1st/2nd/3rd have readers choice, PhoneArea's choice, Artists/experts/professionals choice. There are very few places in the world people will be rewarded for taking photo's with a cell phone but this would be a natural fit. And since it's best of the year, make the top prize something really good - prizes can be found onine for doing much less (I won a phone for a retweet) so for something like this wher you actually have to produce something with good results and have other people like it. (Discalimer - i have won one week so yes, a tiny bit of self interest, but even so, i think this would be a good thing to do, and would add a bit of prestige to it all. PhoneArena could even publish a book or something. I know this sounds crazy, but seriously, if done right, cell phone photo of the week / cell phone photo of the year could become quite a sought after award. )

Photos 2 & 15 are great. Really love the colors and composition of #2. Something out of a Sci-Fi movie. Great job.

Yeah one of the many sights of Michigan :) I love it here. If my pictures of lake Michigan make it on here, those are even more breathtaking.
