Tired of iPhone 5 rumors yet? If not, then here is another one that comes courtesy of an image taken from the AT&T inventory system that shows a bunch of cases for the iPhone 5 made by the brand Case-Mate.

Case-mate iPhone 5 cases appear in AT&T inventory
This rumor should do nothing more than add to the speculation that Apple will indeed show off two different iPhone models at their event next week. Other images of cases have leaked, such as the Otterbox case that is apparently made for an iPhone 4S model.

With every rumor and leak that adds fuel to the next-gen iPhone fire we inch ever so closer to October 4 which will be a day of relief for many. There will surely be more speculation over the weekend, so buckle up, this could get rough.

Based on leaks it seems we will have two models. A 4S and iPhone 5. My guess is 4S same design with A5 chip and same or better camera. iPhone 5 redesigned body with bigger screen, hspa+, 8 megapixel camera, A5 chip and one suprised feature that has WOW factor (maybe voice controls). I'm also guessing Sprint will be supported so it will be on 3 of 4 major carriers.

I think this pushes Apple's US market share past 30% and makes it the best selling smartphone for at least the next 12 months.

So best selling phones next year will be iPhone 5, iPhone 4S, iPhone 4 followed by (insert generic android phone here)

No one knows what is going to be the best selling phone and honestly i dont care. But i hope its the iphone because it means the world to you and many other iphone fans, so good luck with that.

It's the hatred of Android that's the problem. "Insert generic Android phone here"??? Why the hatred?

It's not hatred it's true. Android comes out with a new flagship phone every other month so who knows what they'll be selling next year. iPhone is much more predictable. After this launch we won't get a new one until June next year at the earliest.

Why the android hatred? Why don't you make any comments about the constant Apple hatred on here? It's in every Apple article.

taco, idk if ur a baseball fan but did u watch last night? the whole season? the rays were expected to be dead in their division and the sox were expected to go to the WORLD SERIES!!! and the sox didnt even make it to the playoffs cuz they had a major collapse. Whateverman is right, you cant predict s**t cuz s**t happens!

Because I already did that. I myself and most of the Android fans tried to form a truce with you, Gemini, and Miz. We stopped the attacks on ios, iphone, and you. But you guys were like leopards and you refused to change your spots. No matter how civil we were to you, you were still very condescending to us. So I refuse to protest on your behalf.

Now, "generic Android" just doesn't sound very nice at all. Not that I ever expect you to be, but it would be a refreshing change. Also, if any Android fans were to put the words generic and iPhone together, you wouldn't sit there in silence, now would you? And didn't expert predict the iPhone 5 would be out this past June?

That's not true. The language was more civil, but the constant attacks on Apple didn't stop. I don't care about a truce. I barely even post on android articles at all.

I don't mind if fandroids post on Apple articles, but you guys constantly bash the phone. If you hate it so much then why do you read and post on every Apple article.

I actually read PA's iPhone 4 user reviewes and fandroids had posted fake reviews on it with like 1 of 10 ratings. I don't get what possesses people to do that. I don't care too much about the Bionic or SGS II or any other android phone so I don't really read about them or post on their articles.

You're actually pretty reasonable most of the time, but you still make some ridiculous claims every now and then.

You hate seeing Android fans on Apple articles and you make that feeling known in every post. Many Android users are fans of all OSs, but if we say anything you don't like, you and a select few automatically label them Phandroids. You think any criticism of Apple is an attack, when it isn't. Some people who don't care about other OSs, take it personal when you criticize "their" OSs. They will then start to attack you personally and next thing you know there is a war of the OSs.

And what makes you think there are no current iPhones users who may be dissatisfied. To think that any bad reviews of the iPhone had to come from angry Android users is laughable. Would you do a bad review of an Android device just to make it look bad? I woul hope not, and i'm sure the bad reviews it got was from some who who owned it and wasn't impressed. It happens with every phone/OS.

Bottom line, your passion for iOS is unshakable and that's cool. But sometimes you take it too far. So far that, I don't know if you noticed but when we agree on something, I feel the need to celebrate because that usually means you've just said something sensible. I like that taco! Your not always going to agree with everyone, but you could at least TRY not to attack or be offensive.

I didn't say any bad reviews are fake, but when I see the person who did the reviews spends all hitps time trolling Apple articles it's obviously a fake review. I'll show a couple.

iPhone Vs Droid

Christin Hillis has owned it for less than year before publishing this review

Plain & Simple. Droid DOES!!! iPhone's are so out-dated now. We have phones now with twise the speed, and much better customisation. I use the Droid Thunderbolt now, best phone ive ever owned, by far. iPhone = BORING!!!

Use a Droid and learn how to customize your background with photos, favorite apps, and widgets, and then YOU tell me iPhone is better!!!

Build quality9/10
Call quality4/10
UI speed2/10
Everyday usage3/10
Text input2/10
Takes great photos
Boring interface
Barely any free apps
Expensive insurance & deductable
No removable battery or SD options
Out dated!

I had HTC Incredible and was very happy with it. But still, I couldn't wait to get this "wonderful" iPhone, just like many more millions of people. What a mistake it was! This phone is nowhere near what other phones can do now. Internet was so slow compared to my HTC. So was the reception, not as good. Interface is so bland, there's nothing attractive about this phone (IMHO), despite all the hype. Plus, my camera was broken, shutter wouldn't open. I understand it's another common problem with this thing, in addition to dropped calls, death grips and so on...

I am a Mac user as you've heard me say time and time again. I have always been an Apple promoter, even when the iPhone was exclusive. I wanted it badly and was pissed to hear VZW wasn't getting it! But my invy disappeared when the Droid came out because it suited my needs the best. I got smooth UI from GO, and LauncherPro so I don't have any lag, stuttering or hiccups. And I have more apps then I could use. So even though I still think iP4 is a great phone, for me it still doesn't cut it. But like I said, most people are not matched to the phone that would be best for them. Most people ask a rep what phone is the best, and based on the customer's budget and what OS the rep likes best, that's the phone the cust would most likely buy. Also, some people hear the hype about iOS or Android and would buy a phone based off of that alone, only to find it wasn't what they expected. There are all kinds of reasons why people may or may not like a certain phone. But if you can except people having a bad experience and jumping to iOS, why is it so hard to believe that the opposite can be true too? It's totally possible that these are their real opinions.

As a 3gs user up for upgrade, I'm seriously weighing my options next month. Nexus, Holiday, Focus S, GSII, or iPhone 5??? If the iphone 5 is what the rumors are saying(4.3in screen, 4g and somehow maintains retina-ish display quality), apple may again get my money.

Honestly, if Apple goes with the tear drop design and elongated home button, I may not buy it. Also I hope it doesn't become iPod Touch thin because that would definitely make me reconsider buying it.

The A5 chip will do amazing things for Apple. Then there is iOS 5, which will push the envelop of the smart-phone experience. It's amazing that an old handset called 3GS can sell as well as the best and newest android devices.

It's clear wht Apple's strategy is -- the iPhone 5 as the premium product and some verison of the iPhone 4.0 as an intermediate product and allow consumers to buy used iPhones as low cost products. I wouldn't be surprised if these used iPhones find their way into less developed markets. if you think about it -- these used phones are highly standardized products with surplus aftermarket goods and parts at rock bottom prices all to benefit consumers in less developed nation.

If Apple delivers a 3.7" screen or better, then I will be at my Verizon store in a hearbeat. I don't need a 4.0" screen but a 3.8" screen won't hurt.

I'm so excited about this, and I dont even own any Apple products. This will be my first iPhone.
Tried Android, Blackberry, Symbian, WP7 (no Mango yet) and I can't find anything that I like. I played with my sister's iPhone and fell in love. I was about to sign that dotted line today, but the AT&T rep told me to wait for another week. So, here I am waiting. Hopefully the new iPhone has at least a 4" screen. Could care less about 4g or dual core cause its nothing but b.s. iPhone 4 runs smooth the way it is.

iPhone 4>any smartphone out there right now. My G2x with Tegra 2 was horrible, but then again... It was probably Android.
